By accessing or using Enclave (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Enclave is an Alliance War Defense Planner for Marvel Contest of Champions. The Service provides tools for alliance management, defense planning, champion roster tracking, and strategic coordination.
Important: Enclave is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kabam or Marvel. Use of this Service does not violate Kabam's Terms of Service, as it does not interact with game servers or provide unfair advantages.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
The Free tier provides access to core features including:
Important: Premium is an alliance-level subscription, not a user-level subscription. When an alliance has an active Premium subscription, all members of that alliance gain access to Premium features while they remain in the alliance. If you leave a Premium alliance, you lose Premium access. If you join a Premium alliance, you gain Premium access.
The Premium tier provides 3-month access periods to enhanced features for the entire alliance:
Any member of an alliance can purchase or renew Premium for their alliance. Payment profiles are stored at the alliance level (not the user level). Multiple alliance members can set up payment profiles, allowing the alliance to share or rotate payment responsibility as they see fit.
Payment Options: Premium is a 3-month subscription. By default, subscriptions do NOT automatically renew - the alliance's Premium access will expire after 3 months and will need to be manually renewed. At the time of purchase, you may optionally enable automatic renewal, which will charge the payment method every 3 months until cancelled. Automatic renewal can be enabled or disabled at any time from the alliance settings by any member with a payment profile.
Leaving an Alliance: If you leave an alliance where you have set up a payment profile, your payment profile will be automatically removed from that alliance. If your payment profile was the only one with automatic renewal enabled, automatic renewal will be disabled for the alliance. The alliance will retain Premium access until the current 3-month period expires.
Premium Expiration: When an alliance's Premium access expires—whether through non-renewal, payment failure, or cancellation—the alliance will automatically revert to the Free tier. All alliance data (war history, defense backups, etc.) will be preserved but access will be limited to Free tier restrictions (last 5 wars and last 5 backups visible). Historical data beyond these limits will be hidden but not deleted. If Premium is renewed at any time, the alliance will immediately regain access to all historical data and Premium features.
If you purchase the Premium tier for your alliance:
Payment Profile Removal: If you leave an alliance where you have set up a payment profile, your payment profile will be automatically removed. If your profile was the only one with automatic renewal enabled, automatic renewal will be disabled for the alliance, but the alliance will retain Premium access until the end of the current 3-month period.
Expiration Reminders: If automatic renewal is not enabled, we will send email reminders to all alliance members before Premium access expires, giving the alliance an opportunity to renew.
Payment Failure (Auto-Renew Only): If automatic renewal is enabled and the payment method fails, we will attempt to retry the charge for up to 7 days. During this time, the alliance's Premium access will remain active. If payment cannot be processed after 7 days, automatic renewal will be disabled and the alliance's Premium access will expire at the end of the current period. We will notify all alliance members and members with payment profiles of payment failures.
Alliance Responsibility: It is the alliance's collective responsibility to manage Premium subscriptions and payment profiles. We are not responsible for disputes between alliance members regarding payment responsibility or access to Premium features. Premium payments are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical errors or billing mistakes.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Enclave and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service (champion rosters, defense plans, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
Marvel Contest of Champions, all character names, images, and related content are trademarks and copyrights of Kabam and Marvel. We make no claim to these properties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will meet your specific requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENCLAVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enclave and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
While we take reasonable measures to back up your data, we are not responsible for any data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important information. We recommend periodically exporting your defense plans and roster data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Enclave regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
